Behind Flowing Landscapes

I have always been drawn to untouched landscapes—places that fade into the horizon and awaken a sense of the infinite.

Flowing Landscapes grew from a wish to bring some of that spaciousness and calmness indoors—to places where people wait, rest, recover or simply need a quiet moment.

The process of creating slow-moving aerial nature films connect me to a deeper level of the existence around us. When bringing these films to waiting rooms, reception areas, hotels and other shared spaces, hopefully I am able to share these experiences with others, where they are in life, in this moment, as a patient, a guest, employee or visitor.

Each film is carefully selected, edited and colour graded to preserve the atmosphere and natural rhythm of the landscape. The relaxed tone and slow movement allows the eye to wander and the mind to settle.

Based in Bergen, Norway, I run Flowing Landscapes independently and follow each film from the original recording to the finished work.

For questions about licensing, tailored versions or other uses of the films, please feel free to get in touch.
